Core Return & Refund Terms
We strive to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with YAKELIKE products. If not, here’s our policy:
- You have 60 days from the delivery date to contact us with a clear description of the issue. Do not return products without prior instruction from our team.
- Items damaged during shipping;
- Wrong product, part, material, or size received (as per your order specifications).
- Customized items are ineligible for refund or replacement if the issue results from:
- Your provided design;
- Discrepancies between expected and actual results (see "Samples" below for pre-production advice).
- International orders may incur import taxes/fees, which buyers are responsible for. Refunds are not available for abandoned or refused shipments.

Sample Service Note
We offer a sample service. Before final production, we recommend creating multiple design prototypes to visualize the result and minimize post-delivery disappointments.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind).
